Have you received my order?

After placing your order, you will receive e-mail confirmation that we have your order. Please check your details and contact us to rectify any mistakes immediately.

How long does delivery take?

We usually ship your order the next working day using Royal Mail which can take between 3 and 5 days. Please see our delivery page for further details.

I have received the wrong item, what should I do?

We’re sorry we have delivered the wrong item to you, please e-mail or use the contact us page to get in touch, and we will rectify the mistake.

I’ve received a faulty item in my order, what should I do?

How do I return an item?

Can I return earrings?

Unfortunately, due to Health and Hygiene regulations, we cannot under any circumstances, accept returns of earrings unless they are faulty.

Have you received my item?

We aim to process your return as quickly as possible, however, please allow up to 14 days for this to be processed. You will receive e-mail notification once this has been actioned. Please allow a further 2-5 days for your account to be credited. Exchanges will be sent out within 2 days of receiving the old item.


Caring for items

Does my item come in a gift box?

Many of our products come with a gift box, however, if will only come with a gift box if shown with a gift box. If it doesn’t, gift boxes are available to purchase for a small extra cost.

How do I protect my items from tarnish?

Do not allow your fashion jewellery to come into contact with any liquid, including water, perfume, body spray, deodorant, creams and lotions, hairspray. Avoid contact with chemicals including bleach and chlorine.

It is recommended to not wear your fashion jewellery whilst sleeping, showering/bathing, sauna, sports and anything similar.
